My order is in progress. How long do I have to wait?
We aim to start all orders within 24 hours. Depending on what exactly you have ordered, it may then be completed within 24 hours as well or it may run for several days. Larger orders take several days. If you have made an order and have not had any feedback within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected]

If within 48 hours you have still not seen any progress with your order, please send us a message to [email protected] and we will look into your order for you.
Can I get a refund?
Any orders on Viewpals are non-refundable, unless for any reason we are not able to complete your order. If we can't complete your order, we will issue a refund accordingly.
Why is my order not showing up in my dashboard?
To see your order, please make sure to use the same device you used when making your order. Since we do not require users to login or create an account with Viewpals, our dashboard remembers users based on their unique device.
How long until my order is completed?
The length varies depending on the size of your order and how many orders we are currently working on. Most of the smaller orders are completed within 24h. Larger orders may take severals days or up to several weeks for the biggest orders.
Why does my order say Cancelled?
If for any reason we are not able to fulfil your order, it will show as “Cancelled” in your dashboard. If this happens, please drop us an email with your Order ID to [email protected] so we can fulfil your order accordingly or issue a refund otherwise.
Why is my order going slowly?
Where possible, we will deliver orders as fast as possible, but sometimes it is better for followers etc. to be delivered in a more gradual pace over time. We have years of experience in boosting social media channels and will always aim to deliver orders at the best possible pace. In case your order has not started at all within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] together with your ORDER ID mentioned in your Viewpals dashboard.
I didn’t get my order, what should I do?
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for orders to get started. If after 24 hours you still have not seen any change in your numbers, please contact us at [email protected] together with your ORDER ID mentioned in your Viewpals dashboard. Then we can take a look at your order for you.
What is the "Start Count" in my dashboard?
“Start Count” shows the number of views, subscribers etc. at the start of our campaign. For example, if you purchased 1,000 views and the start count is 300, that means that right now your video has 300 views. By the end of the campaign the video will thus have 1,300 views.
Our system is not always able to access the current count metrics of your channel. For cases where we are not able to access the start count, it will simply say N/A. We recommend you to check the start count manually for those cases if you want to track the metrics.
